We asked you for your body data such as height, weight, body fat percentage, sweat loss, and more. Some of the data can be collected from your wearable devices, such as Garmin, while the rest can be obtained through specialized tests.

We will analyze your activity, specific goals and training plan, upcoming competition (if you have any), as well as your preferences for sports nutrition to develop a personalized fuelling plan.

Personalized nutrition plan
You will receive a daily nutrition plan that includes fuelling before, during, and after training, carbohydrate-loading strategies for gut training, and a nutrition plan for the pre-competition phase and during the event.
